"I bought a concrete block house this year for my home that ended up being a total rehab project. I wanted to paint the exterior, but it had to be put off. I have a customer who was selling their home, and had it, and their 2-story garage painted and it was gorgeous. A super professional job. They couldn't stop talking about Marino and his painters. They gave me Marino's name and number. I got several quotes and met with Marino for his quote and I loved his spirit! (Obviously the work was great as I had seen it first hand) so I hired him for the job. Not only did I need the exterior of my home, garage, and shed painted, but I had several repair/replace jobs that needed to be done before they could be painted. Rotted wood to be replaced, broken pieces above the garage doors replaced, scraping off peeling paint the entire perimeter, enclosing exposed ductwork and exposed attic, sealing and putting up flashing where water was going through a wall between the lean-to and the garage, rehanging doors, removing porch braces and putting up posts, wrapping them, etc. I was excited to learn Marino had crews that specialize in each of these things and he could handle everything for me. Day ONE I was HIGHLY impressed when the painter team of two spent about 9 hours scraping, caulking, and prepping my house and garage before painting. Every crack, exposed area, uneven area was attended to. I can't imagine how many tubes of caulking they went through. We had rain for two days straight and I was bummed out that I had to wait on the painting. The next day I was so excited when the painting started! The trim first on all buildings, then the walls. WOW! This 50 year old house looks like a new home! The prep work time made the entire job look professional and top-notch. The framers came and took care of the list of other problems and then another painting crew came back and painted all those new things. In SIX days they had finished the entire project! I have had nothing but compliments on this place since! I can not express how thankful I am for Marino and his team for doing SUCH a professional job and getting it done quickly. Just as importantly to me, is the behavior of people on a job. Marino's crews ALL have a sweet spirit, take pride in their work, and are a joy to be around. I have many more projects to tackle like adding a bathroom, and building up a floor, remodeling a kitchen, and remodeling the bathroom I have, and believe me, I WILL be using Marino and his teams to accomplish it. THANK YOU SO MUCH Marino and crews for making my life a LOT LESS stressful and A LOT MORE beautiful! I am a HAPPY woman! Angela"
